Growing up, I was constantly moving. When I could walk, I could dance. I could climb up on the coffee table and use it as my stage. I swam in lakes and did all of the water sports. And I smiled, a lot. Movement has been the biggest passion of my life; with that, dance of course, but then yoga, and then more so traveling.

My first yoga class I found immediate connection. Coming from a background of dance, and then slowly aging and slowly transforming, I missed the movement. When I found Vinyasa, my heart strings swelled with excitement to be FLOWING again. It was my therapy. And it was always, ALWAYS something I could come back to in the worst times of my life. The constant motion along with this new thing called BREATH, was a concept I hadn’t experienced before. The energy circulating through my body as my mind calmed was euphoric. And I know you all have felt that too!

As I got older, I craved experiencing. And with that travel became one of my favorite things to do. In just my mid 20’s I traveled A LOT, which I hold so much gratitude for. Outside of touring around the US, I visited China, India, Ireland, France, England, Mexico, the Bahamas, Slovenia, Croatia, and then the most impactful, Indonesia.

Connection is key and helping others heal through movement is also healing for myself. I would love to help each other. Everyone has room for growth, in any aspect of their lives. Let’s tap into that. Along with offering privates, I would also like to offer my joy for yoga and places to practice. I’ll be hopping around my city and the country and hoping to give you access to get up and move with me! Nothing changes if we stay stagnant. Everything can change with just one small motion. You’ve already taken the first step.
